How do I return an item? Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. If return is approved you will be emailed the address to where to send back your order. Steps for properly returning your order: #1. Include a paper with your name and order number with your return so that it can be identified properly. #2. You are responsible for shipping the item back. Save the tracking number of your return. #3. Please email us the tracking number so that we have record the item has been shipped. #4. Your item will be inspected by our shipping and receiving department. #5. In most cases there is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. #6. All refunds are issued in the same manner as the payment was made. NO EXCEPTION.
